After spending significant time and money searching for reliable information about the female reproductive system and cycle-based health, I quickly discovered how difficult it is to find clear, trustworthy education on this subject.
Without that knowledge, many girls and women are left trying to navigate changes in energy and health while feeling disconnected from their natural rhythms and unsure how to truly support their well-being.
I knew this was something that needed to change. So I created 31TEN Training - a platform rooted in truth-based education designed to make this knowledge clear, practical, and accessible for the next generation of girls and women.
My goal is to help females better understand their bodies through cycle awareness, movement, nutrition, and mental wellness. This approach goes far beyond generic fitness advice. It focuses on building a deeper awareness of how the female body functions and how to support it in a way that promotes lasting health and confidence.
Cycle-aware training and lifestyle practices are designed to support emotional awareness, physical strength, and long-term well-being. My hope is that through this work, females will finally have the knowledge and tools they need to live more informed, empowered, and confident lives.
